Tik Tok

Well, every morning I start my day with a Physical Therapy workout to help recover and strengthen my 2 herniated discs in my back.  While I do this workout, I listen to some kind of mindset music or speeches to give my mind a workout at the same time.  Since I broke my neck when I was 20 years old (I am 54), I look at life very differently from many.

A few days ago, I jumped on Tik Tok to get a little entertainment (love all the comedic and also mindfulness content).  You (Sean) came up in my feed and it was very intriguing.  So, I jumped over to your Youtube channel and then to this website.

I've spent a lot of time working on myself every day and the mind is very interesting to me at this point in my life.  Like photography, right now I can't get enough information on how to learn more about the power of my mind.  One of the areas, that I mostly want to get a better hold of is some of the bullshit scenarios my mind likes to create when I have some stress creep into my mind.

I am open to learning and taking the steps to open the cobwebbed doors of my mind to truly understand and enjoy the journey I am in life.

Thanks for what you are doing.  Also, I've already downloaded your 2 books from Audible.  I drive about 200 miles a day and listen to all sorts of content to help me be a better person.  If I can lead by example, then I can make a difference on this blue marble we are spinning on.
