Quote from Russell Kennedy on April 4, 2024, 11:56 pmI first heard about Sean by listening to the Shawn Ryan Show. It was the pod on Remote Viewing which I found fascinating and have been interested in learning. From there I listened to the pod on AI. It was there that I found reference to Sean's website and have since purchased all 3 books and even the audible ver of the first two because I had to take a flight from Oregon to Alabama as my father was in CCU and after my mom and I got him home and had a little beer and chili per his wishes, he passed the next morning during Hospice's assessment. Talk about trial by fire. I implemented my understanding of Sean's steps after listening to the chapter following the Equation of Emotion, the one that included "The Me." Since I was distracted by racing thoughts during my stay and even while listening to the audiobook on my AM walks. I decided to take the MM 101 Course to dial the concepts in once I returned back home in Oregon. Now I'm here on MM 101 Day 4.
