I've studied much Scripture and Holy Text. What I kept running into though was great and wonderful higher power advice on what to do and why, but the actionable application of how to put it into effect was or is very ambiguous. It's what I call the "Under Pants Gnomes" effect. Its an episode of South Park where Gnomes steal under pants to start a business. There business model is 1. Get under pants 2."......(nothing)..." 3. Make profit ! Step Two of course being the part where they don't know how to put the business model into action. I asked the higher righteous powers that be for guidance on my concern for actionable application of mindfulness and I was lead here. I'm using Mind Hacking Happiness as my next step in my journey into self and connecting to the next realm of consciousness.
