Read books, Reread book followed up with course.
Graduated! What should be next? I read both books (highly recommend). Re-read the Red book, then took this course and followed it. I found it helpful to read the books before the course. The visual of the course cemented the concepts from the books. This material cannot be rushed, but needs time to marinate and practice. It cannot just be read, it needs time to be pulled apart and analyzed in meta awareness. Bravo! very helpful. Needs the time to work through the frustration of catching yourself in habits, then popping out into meta awareness and then back to try again. It is not for the faint of heart, but the tenacious. I look forward to what is next in the journey! Thank you!!!
