On self anger

Hi!

One question I have since I read the books after Sean's BATGAP interview is that I get really anger on myself (well, fortunately less so now than two years ago).

I'm seen this in my journaling.

But that is not contemplated in the EoE, if this video says that the cause of attack has to be external...

Any thoughts and views?
