Meditation

I finally started the course.  I tend not to finish things, so I want to keep my momentum going!

During the course, should we continue to do each assignment daily throughout the course? (Meditate 10 min a day, writing 5 min a day?).

I think you mentioned that there is information on how to meditate on this site.  How can I find it?

also I have a question:  In meditation, how do you “name it to tame it”.  I’ve heard of just saying , “thinking”.  Is it better to name the thought, for example, “worrying”, “fear”, “car”, “Joe”, “lunch”, etc...
