Graduation day

I would like to begin by thanking you for making this course free. That is extremely generous of you to do that.
The first time I saw you was on Tick Tock and you said you teach guys from military teams not to loose their shit in a crisis situation. This started me down this path. I have taken about six months to get through this because of work and family stuff. I always tried to do at least on lesson a week. Everyone that knows me has said to me, " There is something different about you" I have shared this experience with them and I am not sure if any of them have started this course or not but I tell them what I am doing and what it has done for me.
So just to share a few things with you about how this has gone for me. What I thought was going to be the most difficult part for me was the quick journaling turned out to be much easier then I expected. Writing has always been an agonizing task for me, and I expected this experience to be no different but I was wrong. With your advise of just writing what comes in your mind about the topic I am writing about made this simple and actually enjoyable.
I though "the Me" thing was a little strange and maybe a bit goofy but after using this when talking to myself real helped be able the separate myself from my brain. It kicked the meta awareness into high gear for me.
I look forward to the on going content from you and thank you again for what you do and keep it up. You are doing great things.
