Feel the buzz
Quote from Danny Solovastru on June 20, 2021, 3:42 pmI started this course because I would constantly get upset at a lot of things in life. At work, in my marriage, at colleagues, at family and though I’m only on day 18 I can’t honestly say this course is changing the way I’m viewing everything in my life. I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this, but every time I enter “meta-awareness” I have this “buzzing” occurring right in the middle of my head “brain” that seems like it’s synapses that have never fired before and now are active. It’s amazing and sometimes it’s exhausting, it feels like your battling your old minds initial emotional reactions. In the end though, it’s so satisfying and rewarding. When you can look back at how your day ended and how so many things could’ve set you off but they didn’t and how splendid they day ended because you controlled yourself over every situation, that’s just a rad feeling. Love this course, and I can’t wait to see how much of my life changes by day #45.
