This course has honestly been so amazing. The daily videos were awesome, and the content amazing. About mid way through, I ordered both books and decided to stave off reading them until I had completed the course, as a nice means of furthering the process afterwards.
I honestly have zero criticism of any of this content or the way it was delivered. The cool thing is, I found I naturally already had a few of the tenancies I would gain from this practice. By consequence, this was (and is) an amazing way to understand why I was able to completely block out the things I already blocked out, and why I WASN'T able to block out others.... No more.
I feel like I have such a better understanding of the gremlin now known as "the me" in my head. And honestly, the peace of mind is already so pronounced. Amazing. Work every minute. Worth every homework piece.
